This Refund Policy explains our strict no refund policy and the limited circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

No Refund Policy

We uphold a strict no refund policy. Due to the nature of AI services, we do not provide refunds based on the outcome of the AI engine. We are not responsible for any content generated by external platforms.

Limited Circumstances for Refunds

The only reason we issue refunds is if you were not able to use the platform at all. We do not offer refunds if any of the external AI platforms, for example, ChatGPT or Claude Gemini, refuse to process your request or prompt due to their policy.
